Delivery Policy

1. What you are buying

A one-time evaluation service delivered entirely online: access to a simulated trading account, the platform, the rules engine and your dashboard. There is no physical product, no shipping and no subscription.

2. What is delivered, and when

After your payment is confirmed, we deliver by email, within 15 minutes, 24/7, including weekends: platform credentials, dashboard access, the rule set version applying to your account and your invoice.

• Order confirmation, immediately, with your invoice and the exact amount charged.
• Account credentials, within 15 minutes, to the email address given at checkout.
• Rule set, the exact version applying to your account, attached to the same email and dated. That version governs your account until it closes.

3. If delivery fails

If your credentials have not arrived within one hour, check your spam folder, then contact us at support@abook-funded.uk or +33 1 89 62 63 60, first reply under 5 minutes during 09:00 – 23:00 CET, 7 days a week. We either deliver immediately or refund in full, the same business day. A delivery failure on our side is always refunded in full; you never have to argue for it.

4. Proof of delivery

Every delivery is logged: the timestamp of the credential email, first platform login, and dashboard activity. These records establish that the service was delivered and accepted, and they are what we produce if a payment is ever disputed.

Your order confirmation email also repeats, on a durable medium, the express request for immediate delivery you made at checkout and the Cancellation and Refund Policy you accepted there, under which the 14-day right of withdrawal ends on delivery.

5. Withdrawal right

Because the service is digital and delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to expressly request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once your credentials are delivered. 6. After delivery

Your account has no time limit. Payouts on funded accounts are processed within 48 business hours, with 0% withdrawal fees. Your one-time fee is refunded in full with your second payout (third on The Starter).
