Restricted Jurisdictions

1. The rule

We do not open accounts for, and do not accept payment from, residents of the countries and territories listed below. The restriction applies to the country of residence declared at checkout, to the country established during identity verification, and to the country of the payment instrument used. Any account opened in breach of this rule is closed and the fee refunded.

2. Sanctions and financial-crime restrictions

We follow UK, EU and UN sanctions regimes and the FATF list of high-risk jurisdictions. We do not serve residents of:

• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• Russia
• Belarus
• Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
• Myanmar
• Afghanistan
• Libya
• Somalia
• South Sudan
• Sudan
• Yemen
• Venezuela
• Nicaragua
• Zimbabwe
• Central African Republic
• Democratic Republic of the Congo
• Eritrea
• Haiti
• Iraq
• Mali

This list is reviewed with our counsel whenever the applicable regimes change, and this page is updated on the same day.

3. Regulatory restrictions

We also choose not to serve the following markets, for regulatory reasons specific to evaluation and proprietary trading services:

• United States of America
• Canada, Province of Quebec
• Belgium

United States of America, we do not offer our service to US residents or US persons. Canada, Province of Quebec and Belgium, excluded due to the local regulatory position on this category of service.

4. How we enforce it

• Country of residence is declared and confirmed at checkout, before any payment is taken.
• Identity verification (KYC) before the first payout confirms the declared country against an identity document.
• Payment instruments issued in a restricted country are declined.
• Deliberate misrepresentation of residence ends the account and forfeits any simulated rewards; the fee is refunded where the law requires it.
