1. Everything you trade with us is simulated

All evaluation and funded accounts are simulated accounts with fictitious funds, operating on simulated market conditions. You are never trading real money on real markets through the Service, and we never hold funds of yours for trading.

2. Hypothetical performance disclaimer

Simulated or hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading, and market factors such as liquidity and slippage may be under- or over-compensated. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Past performance, simulated or real, is no guarantee of future results.

3. Your fee is at risk

Most participants do not pass evaluations. The fee pays for the evaluation service, and apart from the cases in the Refund Policy it is refunded only through the “second payout” mechanism, if you never reach a second payout, it is not refunded. Do not pay with money you cannot afford to lose.

4. The replication program is discretionary

Eligibility for our real-capital replication program is never guaranteed, and replication, when it happens, uses the Company's own capital, at the Company's own risk, at the Company's sole discretion. It gives you no claim over the Company's capital and no status as a client of an investment service.

5. No advice

Nothing we publish, on this site, in the dashboard, in our content or by our support team, is investment advice, a recommendation, or an invitation to trade real financial instruments. Trading real leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money.
