Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. The fee, in plain words

The evaluation fee is a one-time payment for a digital service that begins when your evaluation account credentials are delivered, which happens within minutes of purchase. It is not a deposit and not an investment, and it is refunded in full with your second payout (third on The Starter).

2. Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because the Service is a digital service, you will be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that once your evaluation account is delivered and activated, you lose the right of withdrawal, as permitted by the applicable consumer rules.

In practice: at checkout you tick a mandatory box which states that you accept this Policy and that you “request immediate delivery” of your account. Ticking it is your express request for performance to begin, and accepting this Policy is your acknowledgement that the withdrawal right ends on delivery. Together, these are the two statements the consumer rules require. The order cannot be placed without it, and your order confirmation email repeats both, so you keep a record of what you agreed to.

• Purchase made, credentials not yet delivered: withdrawal within 14 days → full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of your request.
• Credentials delivered and account activated: the withdrawal right has ended; the fee refund then follows the “refunded with your second payout” mechanism above.

3. Duplicate or erroneous payments

Duplicate charges and payments made in manifest error are refunded in full, contact support with the two references; we process these within 48 business hours.

4. Chargebacks

Contact us before disputing a charge, a real person answers, and legitimate problems are refunded without a fight. A chargeback filed instead of a support request suspends the related accounts during the dispute. Chargebacks contradicted by our delivery records (timestamped credential delivery, platform access logs, trading activity) are contested with that evidence, and abusive chargebacks lead to permanent closure.

5. What is never charged

No subscription, no recurring billing, no hidden fees: the only amount we ever charge is the evaluation fee displayed at checkout.
